Who is the client?
Charles Street Communications. Since 1997 Charles Street has offered a service-led approach to business communications and IT support.
What was the brief?
We were appointed to develop the existing Charles Street Communications brand and to provide recommendations on both their online and offline collateral. The previous website and print collateral lacked a clear strategy and the web conversion rates were almost non-existent.
What was Firedog's solution?
After focused research and customer feedback analysis, we found that service delivery is by far Charles Street's strongest sales proposition. The previous look
and feel completely ignored this factor. Our new strategy succinctly communicates their service ethic and clearly defines Charles Street's key points of differentiation. Firedog was responsible for producing the photography which included shooting a suite of product shots as well
as the model shots required for the website.
The new website retains and clearly communicates the equity they have built up in the brand over the
last 8 years, whilst breathing new life into the brand's visual look & feel.
The new site is fully SEO compliant and offers a key word strategy to assist with search engine listings.
Firedog has been appointed to develop Charles Street's marketing strategy and will be responsible for its implementation in the months to come.
